Kayak & Paddleboard Launch

Set off for a day on the crystal clear waters in your very own kayak or paddleboard. There are also lots of rental options in the area so you can launch from the boardwalk and get your friends and family active.

Many of our residents are active people who thrive on the local walking paths. We are an incredibly tight knit, friendly community that is incredibly social. You will always find smiling faces of residents exercising in our community. 

Boardwalk

The stunning boardwalk spans 1000 square feet and offers wonderful views of the entire waterfront. Enjoy a luxurious day of fishing, have a stroll and take in the views and enjoy the sunset over the waterfront. The boardwalk is the perfect setting for a romantic meal as well as a prime fishing location for some quality alone time.

Wellness Facility:

In addition to the glorious outdoors, we have also built a state of the art wellness facility to provide our residents with all the tools required for them and their families to have great access to mindful exercise.

Boat Docks

Docks are available daily for your personal or rented boat. The docks are always ready to launch from so you can spend time on the water at your leisure and enjoy a relaxing day of fishing or indulge in some adrenaline fuelled water sports.
